Prioritize your well-being
Hello! My name is Jenna, and I am the Owner of Bodhi Tree Massage Therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor. I specialize in therapeutic massage and mindful movement for holistic health.

I became a 200-HR Certified Yoga Instructor in February of 2023 studying with Emery Bryant.
I graduated from A Gathering Place Massage Therapy School in March of 2024 with an emphasis of study in structural bodywork; with focused studies in neuromuscular and trigger point therapies, myofascial work, and medical massage. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and opened my practice, May 2024.

My mission is to be a facilitator for people to find relief and enjoyment in their own bodies. Ultimately, I want my clients to live a more pain-free, stress-free, beautiful life.
To do this, I work with the body in a holistic way; factoring in mind, body, and emotions into overall care and treatment. I strive to provide personalized care by being present and actively listening to your needs. I adapt my approach to sessions on a case-by-case basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth in my practice.
My massages are heavily anatomy based and results-driven without being overly clinical. I like to live in the therapeutically delicious realm where you can get all the wonderful benefits of pure relaxation as well as a very thorough soft tissue treatment. Each session is unique and designed with the client’s specific goals and needs at the forefront.

I offer a range of services. Whether your goal is to relax and unwind, find pain relief, recover from an injury, enhance athletic performance, or to improve your well-being, I will work with you to create a massage therapy session that fits your needs. I prioritize building lasting relationships with my clients and strive to deliver exceptional service at all times. I am continually expanding my knowledge and skillset to best serve my clients in an impactful way.

Before implementing bodywork into my life and cultivating my yoga practice, I was existing in a state of what felt like - barely living. I was overcoming some past difficulties that left me living in a chronic state of anxiety and depression. It felt as if my body and mind were disassociated and I was riddled with pain. Now, almost 10 years later I am a different person and able to live presently and with ease.
I am extremely grateful for the catalyst to healing that bodywork and yoga provided me.
I believe it is a privilege of mine to be able to share what I have learned and developed with others. I sincerely love what I do and witnessing results in my clients. I hope to be able to do this work for many years to come!
