A Little Bit About Me;
Jenna Threadgill LMT, CYT
Welcome to my corner of the Ozarks!
After over 15 years of calling this beautiful area home, I’ve developed a deep love for the outdoors and all the adventures it offers. When I'm not exploring nature with my partner and our son, you can find me enjoying movement through jogging, weightlifting or, yoga.

Or you may find me enjoying a good book—whether it’s science, philosophy, or fantasy.

I love being a mom and I love working with moms. I also love working with athletes, medical workers and caretakers, service workers, people dealing with chronic pain and injuries, and people dealing with anxiety and depression.

I love being a massage therapist!
Witnessing results and helping people get in touch with their bodies is just so cool!
My Mission
My goal is to be a facilitator for people to find relief and enjoyment in their own bodies. Ultimately, I want my clients to live a more pain-free, stress-free, beautiful life.
To do this, I work with the body in a holistic way; factoring in mind, body, and emotions into overall care and treatment. Providing personalized care by being present and actively listening to the needs of each individual is very important to me. I adapt my approach on a case-by-case basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth in my practice.
For Fun
Favorite way to relax?
Massage, facials, meditation, attending a yoga class, watching a movie with my partner at the end of our day, sitting by a fire, lounging on the water.

Favorite area of the body to work on?
Neck and shoulders. It often is one of the areas with the most tension and chronic issues but often gets overlooked. Results are often immediate and can be life changing.

What continuing education are you working on?
I'm really excited to offer TMJ work to my clients in the near future! I often find TMJ dysfunction to be prevalent amongst people dealing with chronic neck and shoulder issues. Being able to incorporate this work into my treatments will lead to better, longer-lasting results.
