YOGA CLASSES

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Saturdays @ 9:00 AM In this class, I'll take you through a full-body routine that pairs breathe with movement at a slower pace. We'll focus on relaxing both your body and mind with some alignment-based mobility poses and breath work. We will move through various seated, standing, lying down, and balance poses. It's perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike! Classes will take place inside Team Fusion MMA & Jiu Jitsu gym. There is a large matted area in the gym so you can leave your yoga mats at home. At this time I do not have props to give out to students, but you are more than welcome (and encouraged) to bring yoga blocks, straps, blankets, or bolsters with you to use at your convenience.

Thursdays @ 2:00 PM In this class we will be utilizing static and dynamic yoga postures for longer periods of time while incorporating breathwork for total relaxation. Most of the poses will be seated or lying down. This class is both beginner friendly and suitable for experienced yogis. This class will be similar to a yin yoga class. Classes will take place inside Team Fusion MMA & Jiu Jitsu gym. There is a large matted area in the gym so you can leave your yoga mats at home. At this time I do not have props to give out to students, but you are more than welcome (and encouraged) to bring yoga blocks, straps, blankets, or bolsters with you to use at your convenience.
Yoga Class Policies & Procedures
You are all solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain Team Fusion Gym.
By attending class you are agreeing to all guidelines and policies.

Pre-Registration for every class. You must sign up online for class, at the latest 30 minutes ahead of class start time. Sign-up here

Students must be 18 yrs + to attend class or must have written permission from a parent/guardian to attend

Doors will open 15mins before class start time.

Please arrive a few minutes before class and leave your cell phone off or on silent while practicing. If you arrive late to class, please be as mindful and quiet as possible as not to interrupt the ongoing class.

Be safe, and make sure you mention to your yoga teacher about any physical limitations or injuries that should be noted.

Please leave your shoes outside of the mat- no shoes on the mat.

Please do wear your shoes off the mat.

No drinks or food on the mats, other than water

No outside yoga mats are required or needed as there is already a large matted area in the gym

I do not currently have enough props to give out to students but you are welcome to bring your own bolsters, straps, blankets, or yoga blocks.

Please be courteous and respectful to other class attendees.

Stay home if you feel sick

If you need to cancel your booking or are unable to make it to class, please cancel at the minimum of 30 minutes prior to start time so that you avoid losing your class purchased and allow space for others to attend

Payment for class by debit/credit card is available on the booking page and can be completed prior to class. Cash, Venmo, or cash app payments will be accepted in person at the time of class.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga class activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the activities.
