Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a blended style of treatment that focuses on addressing the soft tissue in a way that will address pain concerns or other specific treatment goals.
I will incorporate various modalities such: as deep tissue, myofascial release. trigger point, neuromuscular, stretching, cupping, hot and cold treatments; to provide you with a customized session depending on your goals.
I blend these techniques with gliding movements to create a balanced session that still provides relaxation as well as therapeutic work.
This is a great option for those seeking pain relief and soft tissue improvement, athletes, persons with active lifestyles or occupations, those is need of injury recovery and prevention, people with chronic muscle tension and soreness, or persons with musculoskeletal concerns such as scoliosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder etc. This is also a great option for those who enjoy deeper, therapeutic work, but also enjoy the relaxation benefits of massage therapy.
Focused Neuromuscular
Neuromuscular massage is a type of massage that uses pressure and friction to treat muscle and nervous system issues.

This is a more clinical approach and is perfect for clients who have a primary concern for seeking treatment that is localized to one area of the body such as neck, shoulder, back, feet or a specific dysfunction such as plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow etc.

Using a neuromuscular approach, I will focus on this specific area treating it with accuracy and precision.
Usually this work can be done with the client dressed in athletic clothing and requires little to no use of oils.

Appointments are available for 30 or 60 minute timeframes.
Thai Massage
Much different from a table massage, Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed.

I will take you through a series of stretches and compressions using my entire body including feet, hands, knees, elbows, etc.
It will feel as if you are doing yoga, but instead of using your own strength and resistance, I will move you into the poses and stretches.
This style of massage uses no oils and you will be dressed in comfortable, athletic type clothing.
Thai massage is wonderful for athletes seeking to add mobility into their routines, prepare for an upcoming event, those who enjoy deep tissue work, or for those seeking an overall stretch.
Restorative Massage
This approach to massage therapy is centered on providing you with a serene experience to help you fully immerse into a state of personal relaxation and meditation.

This approach is often paired with aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towels, warm eye pillows, face and scalp massage, and other supplemental relaxation modalities depending on your treatment goals.
This approach is perfect for those experiencing stressors such as; frequent headaches, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, those struggling with acute or chronic stress, general fatigue and body aches, fibromyalgia, prenatal and postnatal symptoms of discomfort, or anyone in need of time to decompress from hectic living.
Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
As a woman who has been through pregnancy and birthing, I have an understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional effects this process can have on a woman's body.

Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women during any trimester of pregnancy. It is my goal to provide women with a safe space to take comfort, find pain relief, and rest.

Postpartum massage focuses on addressing the needs of women after giving birth. From nursing, to new muscle imbalances from carrying baby, our bodies are still going through many changes once baby arrives.
